You already have
the data. Use it.

Every tee sheet you upload adds to each golfer's record. After a season you know who your regulars are, who's slipping away, and who has never come back, without anyone typing a thing.

What each profile holds

  • Every round they've played with you, with dates and times
  • Rounds this year, and in the last ninety days
  • Whether they usually play 18 or 9
  • Morning golfer or afternoon golfer
  • Typical group size, which hints at what they spend
  • Every text you've sent them and everything they've replied

Anything else your tee sheet exports

Columns the app doesn't recognise aren't thrown away. Member type, cart, booking source, whatever your system produces gets attached to that golfer's profile automatically.

Bring lists you already have

Import members, league players, or an old spreadsheet. Tag the import so you remember why those people are in there, then message that tag later.

Questions

Does it work with my tee sheet software?

If it can export a CSV, yes. The app reads the column headers and tells you exactly which fields it matched before you upload anything live.

Can I load past seasons?

Yes. If your system can export historical tee sheets, upload them and the round history backfills.
